The creations in stock are shipped as soon as the order is actually paid for. The creations "on order" of Salut Poupée ! being small series, all realized by hand, require an average manufacturing and delivery time of 1 month. They are shipped via Lettre suivi, Colissimo or Mondial Relay with a tracking number and delivered with or without signature. You can also choose a national or international carrier. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary according to total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Packages and boxes are sized appropriately and your items are properly protected.
